Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups corn kernels cooked, cooled
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup bacon cooked, chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
  • Add the cooked corn, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and chopped green onions. Toss everything together until evenly combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for a few hours to let the flavors meld together.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper just before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving. You can also customize by adding diced bell peppers or diced tomatoes for extra color and flavor.
