Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or cheddar)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or herbs (optional) optional
  • parchment paper for baking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings until well mixed.
  • Spoon small amounts onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten into thin circles.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, monitoring closely.
  • Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Serve plain or with your favorite dips like guacamole or salsa.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
