Instructions
Add soups, broth, tomatoes, and cheese to slow cooker and stir.
Place chicken on top, season, and cook on low 2 hours, then high 1 hour. Shred chicken.
Blend sauce until smooth, return chicken, and stir.
Add cooked spaghetti, stir, top with cheese, and melt before serving.
