  • 6 oz Neufchatel cheese about 3/4 of the block
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning sub ranch packet if desired
  • 16 oz whole wheat spaghetti cooked

Instructions
 

  • Add soups, broth, tomatoes, and cheese to slow cooker and stir.
  • Place chicken on top, season, and cook on low 2 hours, then high 1 hour. Shred chicken.
  • Blend sauce until smooth, return chicken, and stir.
  • Add cooked spaghetti, stir, top with cheese, and melt before serving.

Notes

Ensure to shred chicken thoroughly for best texture.
