Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed or 2 cans (15 oz) drained
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved red or yellow potatoes work well
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish (Optional)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, and onions to the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle with garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour chicken broth over and dot with butter. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  • Gently stir halfway through cooking. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and add more vegetables if desired.
