Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Cheese & Thickening

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Flavorings & Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Butter

  • 2 tbsp butter

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • optional Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk chicken broth and cornstarch, then add cream, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over, and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Add butter in last 30 minutes and stir.
  • Garnish with basil or parsley and serve with sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, use fresh herbs and adjust seasoning to taste.
