Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Whisk chicken broth and cornstarch, then add cream, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Place chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over, and top with sun-dried tomatoes.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Add butter in last 30 minutes and stir.
Garnish with basil or parsley and serve with sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, use fresh herbs and adjust seasoning to taste.
