Ingredients
  

  • 1 package pre-made croissant dough approximately 8 oz
  • 1 cup cookie dough homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sugar optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Roll out croissant dough into a rectangle.
  • Place small mounds of cookie dough on the croissant dough and shape as desired.
  • Brush with butter, sprinkle toppings, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Chill assembled crookies before baking to prevent spreading.
