Instructions
Mix the ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, rolled oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Adjust the texture: Add water or milk a tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough reaches a soft, cookie dough consistency.
Add chocolate chips: Stir in the chocolate chips, if using, for a sweet melty treat.
Chill (optional): If you prefer a firmer texture, place the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let it set.
Serve and enjoy: Enjoy as-is or roll into bite-sized balls for an easy snack.
