Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies well-drained
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain Rotel tomatoes thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  • Mix sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them about an inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These sausage balls can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen for later use. Perfect for parties or snacks!
