Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C).
Brush with a ketchup-Worcestershire glaze (optional) 5 minutes before done.
Let rest a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For variation, try adding different seasonings or spices to the meat mixture before baking.
