Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup optional, for glaze
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C).
  • Brush with a ketchup-Worcestershire glaze (optional) 5 minutes before done.
  • Let rest a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For variation, try adding different seasonings or spices to the meat mixture before baking.
