Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box brownie mix for a 9x13 pan

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Chocolate Topping

  • 6 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and bake the brownie mix in a 9×13 pan according to the box instructions, then allow it to cool completely.
  • Mix powdered sugar, ½ cup softened butter, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
  • Melt chocolate chips with remaining butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer and cool before serving.

Notes

For easier cutting, refrigerate the buckeye brownies for about 30 minutes before serving.
