Ingredients
Potatoes, peeled and quartered
Carrots, cut into chunks
Onion, wedged
Corned beef brisket with spice packet
Cabbage, wedged
Garlic, minced
Cider vinegar
Bay leaf
Instructions
Layer potatoes, carrots, and onion in slow cooker.
Whisk water, sugar, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and spice packet; pour over veggies.
Top with beef and cabbage. Cook on Low 8–9 hours.
Notes
Add cabbage in the last 2–3 hours for perfect texture. Freezes well (without cabbage)!
