Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula—about 7–8 minutes.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well, then let cool slightly.
  • Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Lay tortillas flat and spread beef mixture, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly, slice into pinwheels if desired, and garnish with pickles.

Notes

For the best results, secure the rollups tightly to ensure the cheese stays inside during baking.
