Instructions
Prepare the peach pie filling and let it cool completely.
Unfold one pie crust, place it in a 9-inch pie dish, and trim the edges.
Spread the cooled filling evenly in the pie crust.
Unfold the second pie crust, place it on top, and crimp the edges. Make slits for venting.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a decorative touch, use lattice strips from the pie crust on top before baking.
