Instructions
Mix all ingredients and form walnut-sized meatballs.
Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat, cover with a lid.
Flip after 4-5 minutes and cook other side.
Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodler.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
