Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 8 oz ground turkey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp green pesto
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and form walnut-sized meatballs.
  • Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat, cover with a lid.
  • Flip after 4-5 minutes and cook other side.
  • Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodler.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
