Ingredients
  

  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 6 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°. Spray the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
  • Mix the cookie mix, butter, flour, and 1 egg until a crumbly dough forms. Press the dough into the pan and top with diced peaches.
  • Whisk eggs, flour, sugar, cream, and salt until smooth. Pour the custard mixture over the peaches.
  • Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  • Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature before serving. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
  • Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

For the best flavor, use fresh peaches and allow the dessert to chill before serving.
