Instructions
Heat oven to 350°. Spray the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
Mix the cookie mix, butter, flour, and 1 egg until a crumbly dough forms. Press the dough into the pan and top with diced peaches.
Whisk eggs, flour, sugar, cream, and salt until smooth. Pour the custard mixture over the peaches.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
Allow the dessert to cool to room temperature before serving. Best served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.
