Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon for extra warmth
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, for added nutrition
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let peanut butter come to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, cinnamon, chia seeds, and chopped nuts (if using).
  • Drop tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm. Transfer to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag.

Notes

Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 seconds before eating for the best texture.
