Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325F/163C convection and grease and line an 8x8” pan with baking spray and parchment paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Whisk together sugars, cocoa powder, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
Add melted chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
Add flour and salt, whisk until just combined, then bake for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool in the pan for 30-60 minutes, then top with sea salt flakes and serve.
Notes
For the best flavor, use high-quality chocolate. Let cool slightly before cutting for clean slices.
