Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) with fan or 170°C (338°F) for conventional. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Stir in vanilla extract.
Beat sugars and eggs for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips. Fold into wet mixture.
Scoop batter onto tray, bake 12-14 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before transferring.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature eggs and high-quality chocolate.
