Instructions
Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until it reaches a gentle simmer. Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and add to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
Notes
For an authentic Italian touch, use fettuccine pasta. Penne pasta is also a great alternative if preferred.
