Glazed Roasted Carrots

A delicious and easy-to-make side dish featuring roasted carrots glazed with a mixture of butter, garlic, and honey.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds carrots diagonally cut into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper or to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheet and cut carrots.
  • Cook garlic in melted butter for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Stir in honey and toss carrots with sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread carrots on baking sheet in single layer and bake for 22-25 minutes until browned and tender.
  • Adjust seasonings, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and honey to taste. You can also add other spices or herbs to the sauce for extra flavor.
