Instructions
Marinate chicken with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
While chicken grills, prepare avocado slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
Top cooked chicken with sliced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Garnish with cilantro, balsamic glaze, and red onion.
