Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Fats & Oils

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasonings

  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper, to taste

Dairy & Eggs

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Other

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli, chicken, and drizzle with sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the marinade.
