Instructions
Cook the ground beef: Brown the beef in olive oil with half the spices, then set aside.
Cook the potatoes: Add potatoes to the skillet, season with remaining spices, pour in beef stock, cover, and simmer until tender.
Add onions and bell peppers: Saute until softened.
Combine ingredients: Return beef to skillet, stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard, then serve garnished with green onions.
