Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté chopped onion until soft, then add minced garlic and cook briefly.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned, then stir in sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
Season with oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, then pour in chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture, stir until melted, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or additional Parmesan.
