Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis trimmed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté chopped onion until soft, then add minced garlic and cook briefly.
  • Add ground turkey, cook until browned, then stir in sliced zucchini and cook until tender.
  • Season with oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, then pour in chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture, stir until melted, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or additional Parmesan.
