Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 medium zucchinis diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garnish

  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then add ground turkey and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add sweet potatoes, zucchini, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until veggies soften.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and sweet potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve.

Notes

For a creamier topping, add a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
