Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the pan and bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
Mix peaches, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Spread evenly over the crust.
Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbly. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting for clean squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
