Honey Butter Skillet Corn

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag frozen corn 16 oz
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and honey in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until smooth and fragrant.
  • Add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden.
  • Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper until the cheese melts and combines with the corn for a creamy texture.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.

Notes

For a fresh twist, substitute frozen corn with 2 cups of fresh corn kernels when in season.
