Japanese Strawberry Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whipped cream pre-whipped or homemade
  • 4 slices white crustless bread
  • 10 strawberries California strawberries washed and stems cut off

Instructions
 

  • Evenly spread half a cup of whipped cream on one slice of crustless bread.
  • Place three California strawberries in a diagonal direction, adding one strawberry on each empty side.
  • Spread another half a cup of whipped cream to cover all of the strawberries.
  • Place the other slice of bread on top and wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh strawberries and serve immediately after preparation.
