  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup kefir
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together kefir, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine Mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
