Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

Dairy & Cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Other

  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional) parsley chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare broccoli by blanching or thawing.
  • Mix chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, cheeses, and spices in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with olive oil, pour in the mixture, and top with extra cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish is perfect for a low-carb, high-protein keto diet. Feel free to add extra herbs for more flavor.
