Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck, cooked and drained well
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 hot dogs hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas or wraps low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 inch dish with nonstick spray.
  • Combine cooked beef, tomatoes, water, and seasonings in a saucepan. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Spread half of the sauce in the baking dish. Roll hot dogs in tortillas and place seam-side down on sauce.
  • Pour remaining sauce over hot dogs and top with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  • Serve with preferred hotdog toppings like pickles, mustard, or onions.
