Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix all meatball ingredients and form about 24 meatballs. Place in dish.
Bake for 30 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Top with marinara and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
Optional: broil for 3-4 minutes to toast cheese. Watch carefully.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure meatballs are cooked through.
