Natural Mounjaro Recipe: Step By Step

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • ½ fresh lemon juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water not hot

Instructions
 

  • Pour the apple cider vinegar into your glass.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. (Roll the lemon beforehand to get more juice!)
  • Add the freshly grated ginger.
  • If using, add raw honey and stir until dissolved.
  • Pour in the warm water and stir everything together.
  • Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to your taste for sweetness. For best results, use organic and raw ingredients.
