German sweet chocolate (chopped in pieces)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spread the flour over a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Beat the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and cocoa powder, mixing until it forms a soft ball. Fold in the mini chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Melt the German chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Dip each brownie bite in the melted chocolate, then let set before serving.
Notes
For a firmer coating, chill the dipped brownie bites in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before serving.
