Double 9 inch crust

  • 5 cups sliced peaches
  • 3 key limes lime juice
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice and peel the peaches, then toss with lime juice.
  • Prepare the crust and line a 9-inch pie plate with one crust.
  • Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  • Gently combine peaches with dry ingredients and pour into the crust.
