Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and crispy.
  • Top each piece of chicken with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with a side of pasta or a fresh salad for a complete meal!
