Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups peeled and thinly sliced fresh peaches
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour divided
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon divided
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup salted butter room temperature
  • 1.75 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Butter a 9x9 baking pan and set aside.
  • Mix peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Cream brown sugar, remaining 0.5 cup flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon. Add oats and mix until coarse.
  • Top peaches with oat mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe peaches. Adjust cinnamon to taste.
