Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Butter a 9x9 baking pan and set aside.
Mix peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared pan.
Cream brown sugar, remaining 0.5 cup flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon. Add oats and mix until coarse.
Top peaches with oat mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, ripe peaches. Adjust cinnamon to taste.
