  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 3-4 ripe peaches chopped
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg egg for wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix chopped peaches with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Cut pastry into 4-inch squares.
  • Place peach filling in the center of each square, fold corners, and seal.
  • Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe peaches and serve warm.
