Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp sugar mixed with ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and pudding mix. Add butter and egg; mix to form dough. Press into pie dish.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy. Pour over crust.
  • Arrange peach slices over cream layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden. Cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.

Notes

For a fresher taste, consider using fresh peaches when in season.
