Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Combine flour, baking powder, and pudding mix. Add butter and egg; mix to form dough. Press into pie dish.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy. Pour over crust.
Arrange peach slices over cream layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden. Cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
For a fresher taste, consider using fresh peaches when in season.
