Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars

No-bake bars made with peanut butter, honey, and Cheerios, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 cups plain Cheerios

Instructions
 

  • Melt the honey and peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave until it turns to liquid.
  • Add in Cheerios, and mix well.
  • Put into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square dish lined with parchment paper, or flatten out on a cookie sheet.
  • Refrigerate until hardened then slice into bars.
  • Store covered in the fridge.

Notes

Line the dish with parchment paper for easy removal and cutting.
