Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9"x13" pan. Line bottom with parchment paper if desired.
Beat eggs with cocoa, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla until smooth.
Melt butter and mix with sugar. Combine with egg mixture, ensuring butter isn't too hot.
Add flour and chocolate chips, stirring until fully incorporated.
Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Notes
For the best results, let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting.
