Instructions
Heat the water until warm but not boiling.
Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
Add honey or maple syrup, if desired, and mix well.
Drink immediately for the best results, preferably on an empty stomach.
