  • 1 cup warm water not boiling
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt finely ground
  • ½ fresh lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water until warm but not boiling.
  • Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  • Add honey or maple syrup, if desired, and mix well.
  • Drink immediately for the best results, preferably on an empty stomach.
