Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; stir until the mixture is smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 40–60 seconds until puffed but still gooey in the center.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying directly from the mug or on a plate.
Notes
