Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic until combined.
Toss the halved potatoes in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the potatoes and gently toss again.
Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
