Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced fresh
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic until combined.
  • Toss the halved potatoes in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the potatoes and gently toss again.
  • Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, use high-quality Parmesan cheese and fresh garlic.
