Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 200 grams Samoa cookies crushed
  • 113 grams Unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 450 grams Cream cheese
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Sweetened shredded coconut divided, some for topping

Topping

  • 100 ml Caramel sauce drizzled on cooled cheesecake
  • 100 grams Chocolate ganache for decoration

Decorations

  • 4 whole Samoa cookies for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed Samoa cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth; fold in crushed cookies and shredded coconut.
  • Pour filling over crust, sprinkle with extra coconut and crushed cookies, then bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60 minutes.
  • Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chocolate ganache and Samoa cookies.

Notes

Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
