Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Peaches ripe and juicy for natural sweetness
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour provides structure and a soft crumb
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar sweetens the bread
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar adds depth and a hint of caramel
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder helps the bread rise
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda works with the acid to leaven the bread
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon adds a warm, comforting flavor
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract enhances the sweetness
  • 2 large Eggs bind the ingredients and add moisture
  • 1 cup Milk keeps the crumb tender
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil ensures the bread stays moist
  • ½ tsp Salt balances the sweetness

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Dice fresh peaches and set aside.
  • Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in diced peaches, pour batter into the loaf pan, and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Let the bread cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
