Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cup fresh ricotta cheese around 475g
  • Grated zest from half a lemon lemon zest
  • Juice from half a lemon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • A dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup runny honey
  • 1 teaspoon spicy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon crushed chili flakes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add olive oil, honey, spicy sauce, chili flakes, and rosemary. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in chopped walnuts for added texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust the level of heat to your liking by adding more or less spicy sauce and chili flakes.
