Instructions
Cook the spinach until wilted.
Add seasonings (garlic, onion, nutmeg, salt, pepper) to the spinach.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
Shaping the Twists: Fold the pastry in half lengthwise, then twist into desired shapes.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
Best served warm. You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble just before baking.
