Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Drizzle oil over chicken breasts and season with paprika, ½ tsp salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cut pockets into the sides of each chicken breast.
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt. Stuff into chicken pockets.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
