Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)

Optional Toppings

  • to taste whipped cream
  • for garnish additional strawberry slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, and salt; combine.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sliced strawberries.
  • Pour half of brownie batter into pan, add cheesecake layer, top with remaining batter, swirl.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert before serving to enhance flavor and texture.
